Design & Mold

We design casting system according drawing or sample to get suitable cavity design, this is mold structure. Advance mold processing equipments will be used, they are lather machine, CNC center, EDM, heat treatment, etc. 

Different blankings and could find the casting feeding system are different, its designed on exact part structure and quantity, so each part cavity is different, some one, some is two, four or more...

Second Service:

Precision machining:

If need machining, like drill, CNC, we could support, just basing on how precision needs of parts. Some time, some parts need thrill hole processing, face CNC machining, part position, part line machining etc. all machining steps are welcomed.

All parts at each steps we do 100% inspection, visual inspection or measuring tool testing, if any defect founded, we will pick out and make a mark to analysis how it happen to avoid happen again.

Surface coating:

Environmental spraying coating are applied to the surface of product, share with high anti-oxidation, anti-radiation, and anti-salt spray test requirements. Automatic spraying can make the thickness very dense and uniform. And automatic spraying line can be very efficient and fast. 

Different surface coating type for choose, those are our stable cooperation brother factory, meet China and European International Standard Coating needs.

Q. How could I get a quotation?
The details of price based on your product drawing, order quantity, product material and surface-treatment. Part with drawing or sample is welcomed.

Drawing in DWG,STEP,X-T,IGS,PRT, PDF are welcomed.

Q. What's your mould and sample also mass lead time?
Molds and sample: 40-45days from mould design to finish and support sample.

Mass: 15-25days finish. 

Q. What about the mould guarantee lifetime?
Generally mold life from 80k~100k shoot, keep good maintance and work, could be more.

Q.What is your delivery time?

A: Mold from design to finish sample: 40 days, mass production normally 10-20 days.

Q. Can you tell me if you have a MOQ?
For mold: 1 set is MOQ. Of course we could accept small batch for mold testing, from 5-300pcs. 

Mass: 500 piece, however twice less quantity is allowed for trial production.

Q. Are your traffic is convenient?
